- How is pricing decided?
- By volume — how much room your stuff takes up in the truck. Pick a load size online for an instant estimate, and the crew confirms the exact all-in price on site before anything gets loaded.
- What can't you take?
- Hazardous material: paint, solvents, asbestos, oil drums, propane tanks and medical waste. Almost everything else is fair game, including appliances with refrigerant.
- Do I have to move things to the curb?
- No. Point at the item wherever it sits — third-floor walk-up, backyard, crawlspace — and the crew carries it out at no extra charge.
- What happens to my junk?
- We sort every load. Usable furniture goes to local charities, metal and electronics go to recyclers, and only what's left reaches the landfill. About 68% gets diverted.
- How fast can you come?
- Most bookings are filled within 48 hours, and we hold same-day slots every morning. Pick your window online and we'll confirm by text.
- How do I pay?
- Card, tap, or e-transfer once the job is done — nothing is charged up front. Your quote includes labour, fuel, disposal fees and tax.
